What is it?
The auto cancelation detects hotel, cars and transfer bookings that weren't paid fully (FULLY means If the agency paid the entire amount except for one euro/USD/any currency $$>1), and they are CC pre-payment and are on confirmed. Before the cxl deadline depending on their chosen settings, the agency will get notifications warning them to pay or it will be canceled. If the agency does not FULLY pay (FULLY means If the agency paid the entire amount except for one euro/USD/any currency $$>1), on the day of the cxl deadline at a pre-determined time of the day it will be canceled, AND the booking is not nonrefunbdle, only if cxl deadline = creation date or before.

How it works?
Each city has a time zone in the system. The chosen time can be set HO level and agency level. The default if nothing else is set is 4pm. For BBH it is set HO level a 7pm.
How can I add this service and when the notifications are sent?
You can open the option and control who gets the notifications and how often before the booking is actually canceled from the agency page as below;
IMPORTENT TO NOTE
*If you set up the notifcations and not the auto cancellation itself, the agency will get those notifications however nothing will be canceled.
*If you set the auto cancellation and not the notifications, it will be canceled without the agency knowing.
*Credit limit gets cxl notification regardless and have nothing to do with the auto cancellation process.
